Child Safety and CSAM Policy – Pacito Club

Pacito Club is committed to keeping our community safe and free from child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). We strictly prohibit any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our platform and take immediate action against any violations.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy on CSAE and CSAM
- Any content, behavior, or activity that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children is strictly prohibited.
- This includes, but is not limited to:
- Sharing or distributing CSAM (child sexual abuse material);
- Grooming, sextortion, or attempts to exploit a child for sexual purposes;
- Trafficking or any other form of child exploitation.
2. Reporting Mechanism
Users can report suspected CSAM or abusive behavior directly through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting our support team at admin@pacito.net.
All reports are reviewed promptly and appropriate action will be taken, including removal of content and reporting to the relevant authorities where required.
3. Actions Taken on Violations
- Immediate removal of CSAM or CSAE-related content;
- Permanent suspension of accounts involved in such activity;
- Reporting incidents to law enforcement and relevant child safety organizations in compliance with applicable laws.
4. Compliance With Laws
We comply with all applicable child safety and data protection laws, including obligations to report child sexual abuse material to authorities.
